Our terms & conditions.
By placing an order through the website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old, or that if you are ordering on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind the business on whose behalf you are submitting the order.
The service we will provide is for you to place an order for food on the website. We warrant that the service provided by us will be provided using reasonable care and skill.
We provide access to the service on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Allergies: We try to accurately display all the ingredients and allergens present in all our food. However if you have any concerns regarding allergens please contact us before you place an order. We cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens as we produce our products from scratch in our kitchens where it is possible that cross contamination can take place.
Menu Orders: Once you have selected your order, you may place your order by selecting the place my order button. Once we have received your order we will process your item s(s) and have this ready in the required time stated by yourself. Please note some items may not be available and may be prepared for you when you arrive by offering you an alternative product. If an alternative items is not acceptable we will refund you for the item.
Whole Cakes: All our cakes are made to order and will require 48 hours notice, if you require an item sooner then please call the shop directly 01453 889239 and we may be able to process your an order sooner.
Sandwich Platters and buffet orders: Please allow at least 48 hours for orders of buffet items. Where large volumes are required you must call the shop to discuss your order and arrange a suitable collection time.
Amending or cancelling an order: Once you have submitted your order, you will not be entitled to change or , cancel without giving at least 3 days’ notice and we will not refund you the price you have paid.
Price and payment: Prices shown on the website include vat where applicable but do not include a delivery charge, which where applicable and agreed will be charged separately by mutual agreement of both parties. Prices may change without prior notice.
Payment: Payment can be made for orders via the website using Visa, Express, Mastercard or Maestro. wWe do not accept American Express. You can also call the shop and pay over the phone or by prior agreement you may in some cases be able to pay at the time of collection. Please call the shop if this is something you wish to discuss.
All food items and packaging may vary from the pictures seen on the website. The images are uploaded for illustrative purposes only, and may vary in decoration and may not include items used to display the food eg garnish etc.
All our items are prepared in a safe and hygienic manner.
If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.

This website is provided to you free of charge for your personal use subject to these terms and conditions. By using this website you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

The changes will apply to the use of this website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new terms and conditions you should not continue to use this website. We will make all reasonable efforts to provide you with access to the website 24 hours per day without any interruptions. However, from time to time you may experience disruptions due, for example, to essential maintenance or problems beyond our control involving suppliers, communications, the internet, your own computer or software failures. Accordingly, we do not warrant that the website will be available continuously and areis not liable for any downtime or disruption in website availability.

Keep all passwords secret at all times and have them changed, if there is reason to believe that someone else knows them
Notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any accidental or unauthorised access or use of the service by any third party

The content and design of these website pages are subject to copyright owned by us. You are welcome to print pages for your personal use but no part of this website, our logos or trademarks may be reproduced or transmitted in any way for any other purpose.
